Most recently, Comfort Supply was featured in Forbes for its unique culture.

“It’s this kind of nitty-gritty involvement in the business that makes ownership come alive. People come to see what they have to do to generate results …. If…other companies that share ownership with employees want to get people thinking and acting like owners, they should take a lesson or two from Clay Blevins and Comfort Supply.” – Bill Fotsch and John Case, FORBES

He has held past positions with a mergers and acquisitions firm in New York City and an HVAC wholesaler in Newark, NJ.
