Have you heard about our new texting service? In order to serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible, you can now simply text your local Comfort Supply branch about any HVAC needs or questions you have, an easier alternative to calling.
By texting your local branch number (listed below), you can:
Receive technical advice
Send pictures – Save time and ensure accuracy by taking a picture of a model number and sending it with your text. Pictures of a broken part or product are also helpful visuals for us.
Request spec sheets
Inquire about pricing, prime warranty information, HVAC parts and estimated time of delivery for orders
You can text at any time and will receive a response typically within just minutes during regular business hours, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday for the Nashville branch). Outside of business hours, contractors can call the emergency phone number for a quicker response. Of course, we ask that this line be reserved for true emergencies.
