Clay Blevins, President


Clay Blevins is the president of Comfort Supply, a 45-year-old heating and air conditioning distributor that sells equipment and supplies to contractors. One of the state’s first HVAC wholesalers, the company now has six locations throughout Tennessee. In 2004, 2005 and 2009 Comfort Supply was named national “Distributor of the Year” by its primary vendor – and in 2013, it was included on the Inc. 500|5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. The company has also been profiled in HVAC News, The Tennessean, The HVAC Insider, Distribution Business and the Nashville Business Journal. Most recently, Comfort Supply was featured in Forbes for its unique culture.

Born in Nashville, Tenn., Clay received his B.A. and M.B.A. from Rollins College in Winter Park, Fla. He has held past positions with a mergers and acquisitions firm in New York City and an HVAC wholesaler in Newark, NJ. He has been president of Comfort Supply for 14 years.  In 2010, the Nashville Business Journal named him one of Nashville’s “Top 40 Under 40.” He is a former president and current member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization of Nashville. Clay is on the Board of Trustees of the Frist Center for the Visual Arts as well as the board of Room in the Inn, a local homeless outreach organization.

Billy Jobe, Sales Manager


Billy has a solid background in the HVAC industry including more than a decade in sales and another 10 years as a service technician. His experience with both residential and commercial HVAC systems means our customers can be assured that Billy will provide accurate and useful information. Billy has an outstanding record both in sales and service in the HVAC industry.

David Sosna, General Manager - Comfort Supply


David came to Comfort Supply with more than 17 years of experience in various sales and management roles in the plumbing and HVAC industries. As general manager of Comfort Supply, David applies his vast experience to help our customers achieve their goals. David graduated from East Tennessee State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Rocky Cothran, Technical Service Manager


When a contractor has a question about mechanical, electrical or installation issues with an HVAC unit, Rocky is who they call. He oversees all warranty and labor credits for Nashville and Cookeville and helps keep the computers running. He has been with Comfort Supply for more than 15 years, working as a maintenance mechanic, electrician and machinist. He has been NATE certified since 2005 and EPA certified since 1994.

Lane McCannon, Purchasing Manager


Lane purchases parts, materials, commodities and equipment for Comfort Supply. After high school, he joined the Wisconsin National Guard and worked full time as a training non-commissioned officer (NCO) for five years before getting into the HVAC field at the contractor level. He gravitated toward purchasing and moved onto the wholesale side four years later. Before coming to Comfort Supply in 2013, he spent four years as an HVACR branch manager and sixteen years as the purchasing manager of an HVAC wholesaler in the Chicagoland area.

Joe Rinaldo, Financial and Credit Manager

Joe performs many aspects of our AR and credit functions, including working with customers to help them best manage their accounts or team members to support our bonus plan. Joe joined Comfort Supply with a strong financial background in a variety of roles. He has his MBA from Western Kentucky University and received his BSBA in Finance from Ohio State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Robert Warpool, Corporate Pricing Manager


Robert maintains sales pricing accuracy and monitors industry pricing trends. He has been with Comfort Supply since 2005 and previously worked as branch manager of the Murfreesboro office. Prior to his time at Comfort Supply, he was an inside salesman for Hughes Supply in Nashville. Robert has invaluable management and forecasting experience.
